  • I say cannot get get impressed that often and I have a massive supply of fitness videos, but this DVD is how each video must be how I feel. For we can not be of value. Tons of workouts that you can use whenever you want for any reason. I like the fact that I can workout for 45 minutes or if I’m in a hurry or short of time to exercise for 10-15 minutes. The instructor is Meghan aweinspiring. Not only has an incredible body itself, but also a thorough knowledge of fitness which translates easily to the audience. Id say you cannot beat the value and I liked it so much that I bought “Beginning Workouts Ultimate Body” for my mom and “Yoga for All”. Do yourself a favor and check them. Rating: 5 / 5

  • Liza:

The workouts in this DVD are correct, but I could not cross the off-beat indices and disagreeable voice of the instructor. I felt like I was working backwards half the time because the instructor pointed to the right / left movements in relation to its right / left and not the viewers. The music was good on some of the workouts and terrible on others. I did not like and think are best DVD drive forward. Rating: 1 / 5

  • When I bought this video all the reviews were 5 stars. I am pleased to see that Amazon is finally posting negative feedback and wish they had when I read the reviews that I could have saved $ 20. I am an avid home workout for about 15 years now and this is the worst DVD I ever bought. The instructor cueing is awful, his performance is bad and the voice – like fingernails on a blackboard. The worst production ever. As another negative opinion, I thought I would vomit while watching the screen to bounce around in an attempt to film her jumping up. There are so many wonderful DVD’s out there – buy some of Janis Saffell, Karen Voight, Denise Austin or Ellen Barrett. You’ll be glad you did. Rating: 1 / 5

  • I actually watched all the workouts on this DVD and asked myself why I pay my hard earned money for elle.J ‘I immediately noticed the voice of the instructor. This becomes annoying more acute when it countdown or near the end of a sentence (Four! Three! BOTH !!!). Then there were the viewing angles, there was so much bouncing I wanted to vomit. And sometimes the instructor would make a focused lower body movement, but the mere sight showed her hips and higher. So unnecessary! It has already been mentioned, but worth mentioning again, the instructor does not reflect the public that gives the video look very professionnel.Pendant workouts, I felt completely unmotivated. Tae Bo could have simple moves, but at least Billy Blanks motivates participants through training. The cardio workouts (and Kickbox Boot Camp) are boring, so I thought I could do a better job making up my own workout to music with a good beat.Ne not waste your money on this blow. You’ll be disappointed and more! Rating: 1 / 5

  • You will work up a good sweat and get a balanced workout with many options for training, from this DVD. It is a good deal for the price, but the instructor did not realize that his duty is to our left and often it is not synchronized with the two other exercisers in the video. In addition, the shape of the guys in the back is well, sloppy. If these things will not bother you, I recommend the video. If you’re new to exercise, you might want to try one instructor most famous, such as Kathy Smith Rating: 3 / 5
