    I followed your advice and exactly after a month , I lost 15 Pounds!Thnx for your motivation .This is what I did.
    1.Totally Cut down on FFood ,Chocs , Ice cream , in short Junk food.
    2.Increase intake of fruits and vegatables.
    3.Eating as usual 3 times a day.
    4.Last but not the least working out 3 hrs in a day !! to be precies buring around 1000 – 1200 calories in a single day by vigorous workout Now I see the results , Lost 15 Pounds in 1 month :)

    dang i just did this 2 times and im sweating and out of breath..its AWSUM!!

    have u lost any weight with this workout yet?????? i just got 2 more questions to ask. what are the foods that u need to avoid and after doing this workout my muscles still ache from the previous day after doing it three more times during the day and night. does that mean that u are building muscles when they ache?????? thanks

    A hot shower? Doesn’t that thwart the purpose of doing an exercise? Blood to the surface does no good, you should sauna and ice afterwards.

    This exercise to me looks rediculous. When you grab the weights and land, the impact is directly on the heels. This is terrible for the joints. Am I the only one seeing this?

    this workout really sores ur body alot but after the workout a nice hot shower will soothe the pain. lol today is my first day doing this workout so i got a question. since u said that u can only do it 3 to 4 times a week im doing it every other day like 4 days a week is that fine????? u still lose the first 5 pounds after completing the first week right?????

    Also I uploaded videos, on my page there’s not many, If you wanted to see what my body type is. I think im in decent shape. But like i said im using 20 pound dumbells

    @inshape4u I dont have a 15 pound weight an when im doing the exercise i try an do 15 reps with a 20 pound dumbell i cant all 15 of each, so im gonna start doing 10 reps of each exercise since im using weight thats to heavy to get all the reps in, and so i can atleast do this exercise twice. Doing this with the weight im using i cant even do the full exercise once with the weight im using. So is it cool if i do 10 reps of each, since im usin heavy weight? Im 5′11 201pounds.
